Key Responsibilities- Documenting existing business processes and workflows, translating business requirements into functional requirements for technical teams.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and testers to drive forward system and process improvements.
- Providing robust and innovative solutions to meet the fast-moving needs of the business.
- Managing multiple stakeholders and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Educated to Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or relevant technical field.
- Knowledge of requirement gathering and process mapping.
- Experienced in the full software delivery lifecycle including the use of Agile methodology.
- Knowledge and understanding of UK Smart Metering Infrastructure consisting of DCC User Interface (DUIS Service Requests, Responses and Alerts) and DCC Data Systems and SMART Technology (devices and firmware).
- Specialist knowledge on Energy Retail Meter to Cash process which includes meter reading (including SMART meter reading process), billing, invoicing, and finance (payments, refunds, bank interfaces).
