Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
- Provide guidance on employment law and regulations
- Manage employee relations, including conduct, performance, and grievance procedures
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Recruit and select candidates for open positions
- Administer payroll and maintain accurate records
- Manage health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- MCIPD/FCIPD membership or qualified by experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role
- Line management experience with the ability to lead and develop a team
