Key Holder Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Key Holder to join our team at Yours Clothing. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of store standards, and supporting the store management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Assist with opening and closing the store, including cash handling and stock replenishment.
- Support the store management team with daily tasks, including cleaning and housekeeping.
- Operate the till and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Replenish stock and maintain a well-organized store environment.
- Assist with deliveries and stock handling as required.
- Take responsibility for personal development and actively seek opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies.
Requirements
- A warm and friendly personality, with excellent communication skills.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work well within a team and use own initiative.
- Experience in a customer service role, with face-to-face customer contact.
- Knowledge and understanding of High Street fashion.
What We Offer
Competitive hourly rate of £11.83 per hour, regardless of age.
A guaranteed weekly minimum of 28.5 hours, with opportunities to work additional hours during peak trading periods.
