Job Summary:

The Contracting Executive will support the contracting team in managing supplier accounts in Britain, Iceland, Italy, and Spain for our scheduled tour program.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contracting: Assist in contracting hotels, attractions, and service providers for all tour series business in Britain, Iceland, Italy, and Spain.
  • Supplier Management: Create and update supplier profiles, services, and rates as required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contracted agreements.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain supplier profiles, services, and rates in the system, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for suppliers' questions and issues, providing information as requested.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and address contractual issues.
  • Administrative Tasks: Ensure accurate record-keeping and document management.

Travel Coordination:

  • Familiarization Trips: Assist in the design and administration of travel agent and staff familiarization trips in Britain, Iceland, Italy, and Spain.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian is essential.
  • Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
  • Travel industry knowledge or experience is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail, numeracy, administrative skills, and thoroughness are essential.
  • Microsoft 365 application skills are desirable.

Compensation:

£30,000 per annum.
