About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in the Thames Valley area. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising and product launch strategies
  • Drive customer service excellence through team engagement and product knowledge
  • Maximise store sales potential and profitability, delivering against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure the store meets company standards, including visual merchandising and product presentation
  • Be a brand ambassador, promoting the Mountain Warehouse brand and values
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven retail management experience from a fast-paced background
  • Excellent people skills, with a track record of leading, developing, and motivating a team
  • Strong organisational skills, with a focus on time management
  • A passion for selling and customer engagement
  • A record of commercial success and awareness
  • Recognition of the importance of strong visual merchandising
  • Awareness of the local and competitor market
  • Clothing experience is desirable but not essential
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and a hands-on attitude
