About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Sales Assistant to join our team at TJX Europe. As a Brand Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising and display of products, ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail systems
