About the Role:
As a Medical Device Support Specialist at MedTech Innovator, you'll be responsible for supporting the successful onboarding, training, and integration of our diagnostic device across NHS trusts. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals to troubleshoot issues and ensure optimal device performance. With your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you'll be able to effectively relay user feedback and suggestions for enhancements to our project and product development teams.

">Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to healthcare professionals using the device
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to identify and resolve device-related issues
- Collaborate with the project and product development team to relay user feedback and suggest enhancements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using appropriate company systems

">Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering)
- Experience working in a customer support or customer-facing position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use Microsoft suite
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
