We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our team at The Kingslodge Inn, a multi-award-winning pub with rooms in Durham. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our inn, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has a keen eye for detail, and is able to work well under pressure. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting customers, taking food and drink orders, and delivering exceptional service
  • Working with the kitchen team to deliver great food and ensuring that every dish is presented to the highest standard
  • Delivering bills and taking payment efficiently, while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Supporting the team to deliver great customer experiences and ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to work well under pressure
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
