We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Support Worker to join our team at Cambian East. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to young people in our residential home.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children and young people. You will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance, and advice to help them overcome difficulties and achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure. You will need to be able to read situations and respond appropriately to ensure the young people's safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to young people during times of difficulty or stress
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Supporting young people in their education and personal development
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on young people's progress
