Academics Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Education Support Worker to join our team in Southend-on-sea, Essex. As an Education Support Worker for Academic Success, you will work closely with students who have a range of disabilities and learning difficulties, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with special education needs in the classroom, providing additional support and resources as needed
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring that students with special education needs are fully integrated into the curriculum
  • Communicating regularly with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child's progress and any challenges that may arise

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with special education needs, a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of assistive technology and experience working with students with physical disabilities are desirable but not essential.
