About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Steward to join our team at Center Parcs. As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety in our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Kitchen Team in disposing of kitchen waste and deep cleaning of the kitchen and wash-up areas.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
- Carry out cleaning duties as specified by the Kitchen Manager, including sweeping and mopping floors and operating pot-washing machinery.
Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Adherence to company COSHH regulations and ISO standards at all times.
Working Hours
As a Kitchen Steward, you will be contracted to work 96 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts will fall between 8am and 11:30pm.
