Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Kitchen Team with waste disposal and deep cleaning of the kitchen and wash-up areas.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
- Carrying out cleaning duties as specified by the Kitchen Manager, including sweeping and mopping floors and operating pot-washing machinery.

Essential requirements:
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
Desirable requirements:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward/Porter.
- Ability to work in an organised manner and remain calm under pressure.

Working straight shifts, you will be contracted to work 96 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts will fall between 8am and 11:30pm.
As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, public/bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.
