Ribbons & Reeves are seeking talented and dedicated Psychology Graduates to join our team as SEND Teaching Assistants.
This is an exciting opportunity for aspiring SEND Teachers, Education Psychologists, Child Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, and Occupational Psychologists to gain valuable experience in a mainstream school with a high percentage of students with SEN and SEMH needs.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 support to pupils with SEN and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, supporting children aged between 11-16. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans, promoting the inclusion and engagement of students with SEN.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be a Psychology Graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree classification, demonstrating an impressive academic record at GCSE and A-Level. You will also need to be a calm and patient individual with a passion for education and a commitment to supporting students with SEN.
This is a long-term contract until July 2025, with opportunities for permanent contracts commencing August 2025. You will be paid £96 per day, or £500 per week, on a paid PAYE basis.
