Job Opportunity

Ribbons & Reeves Limited is seeking a talented and dedicated Psychology Graduate to join their team as a SEND Teaching Assistant.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced teachers and other support staff to provide high-quality support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with SEND in a classroom setting
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Providing individualized support to students with complex needs
  • Collaborating with other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective support system

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Experience working with children and young people with SEND
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
