Job Title: Physiotherapist Functional Assessor

Are you a qualified Physiotherapist seeking a better work-life balance? We offer a Functional Assessor role with 9 to 5 hours and hybrid working, allowing you to utilize your medical skills while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

The Role

As a Functional Assessor, you will assess individuals and their disabilities or conditions' impact on their work life. Drawing on your clinical expertise, you will conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and produce concise, accurate reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP) to determine eligibility for benefits.

You will interact with individuals face-to-face and via telephone/video, demonstrating sensitivity, compassion, and the ability to ask the right questions while maintaining best practice standards.

Requirements
  • Continuous Professional Development (CPD) demonstrated on your CV
  • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
  • IT skills and experience with various software
  • Self-aware and focused on professional development
  • Honest and able to maintain integrity and customer confidentiality
  • Motivated to contribute to quality customer service, demonstrating empathy, respect, and sensitivity in assessment delivery

Training and Development
