Physiotherapist Functional Assessor Role

We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our team as a Functional Assessor. As a Functional Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing individuals and how their disabilities or conditions affect their work life. You will draw on your clinical expertise to listen carefully and take down each person's medical history before performing a physical examination. Your task will be to produce concise, accurate reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP) so they can decide each person's eligibility for benefits.

The role involves meeting people both face-to-face and via telephone/video. You will be sensitive, compassionate and able to ask the right questions while upholding best practice standards. You will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with the flexibility to work from home and in the office.
