About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pricing Manager to join our Commercial Strategy team at TalkTalk Group. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in driving the commercial and pricing strategy for all of our products and propositions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the commercial strategies for new and existing propositions, identifying commercial opportunities and leading on contract negotiation.
- Develop and implement pricing principles for GTM activity, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the primary interface across a wide range of stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure commercial objectives are clearly identified, understood, and delivered.
- Lead on the development of total lifecycle commercial strategy for all products and propositions in the portfolio.
- Deliver quarterly pricing short and long-term pricing strategy for all products and propositions.
- Accountable for product-level AMPU across new acquisition and in-life.
- Price point management and discount build process.
Requirements
- Excellent commercial understanding and great analytical skills.
- Relevant commercial or finance qualification or studying for one.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and evaluate from multiple perspectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Great communicator and storyteller, with experience of building and delivering presentations to a range of audiences.
- Able to simplify complexity for a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, in an ever-changing industry.
- Self-starter with great time management skills.
