Clinical Nurse Specialist

About the Role
As a Peripatetic Nurse at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to residents across various locations. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that each shift meets the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities will include developing care plans tailored to residents' physical and mental needs, mentoring team members, and advancing their skills. You will have the autonomy to make decisions and be valued and respected for your work.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You should have a strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines and NMC standards. You will also need to have a successful track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments. You will be dedicated, ambitious, and able to lead by example with excellent communication skills.
