About the Role

You'll be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your expertise in clinical practices and knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, will be essential in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of the latest clinical practices. Your ability to produce well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments will be crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.
