Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality Levels 2/3/4, including Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, and Hospitality Management.

They will also be required to manage their diary efficiently, organize and maintain documentation on learners' progress, and support, advise, and motivate learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality Levels 2/3/4
  • Manage diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews
  • Organize and maintain documentation on learners' progress
  • Support, advise, and motivate learners
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners' needs
  • Meet Assessor KPIs in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork, and general administration
Requirements:
  • Experience of working as a Front of House Manager within a Hotel setting
  • Ideal NVQ Level 3 or above in Hospitality (although not essential if strong competency is evidenced)
  • Confident to support/deliver Functional Skills Maths and English
  • Full driving licence and use of own vehicle
  • Flexibility with travel
