Job Title: Paralegal (French Speaking)

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal (French Speaking) to join our Legal team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners, with a focus on French language agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and draft commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and risk tolerances.
  • Provide ad hoc legal advice to Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams, communicating complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, legal knowledge databases, and training materials.
  • Help develop scalable review and approval processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to manage expectations and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both French and English, with the ability to review, draft, and negotiate contracts in both languages.
  • Completed a law degree in a relevant jurisdiction.
  • Highly organized with experience in managing contracts and associated processes.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership of projects and tasks.
