Key Responsibilities:- Contract Review and Negotiation: Review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and risk tolerances, with an emphasis on French language agreements.
- Legal Advice and Support: Provide ad hoc legal advice to Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams, summarizing and communicating legal concepts and risks in a meaningful way.
- Process Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, legal knowledge databases/FAQs, and legal training materials.
- Review and Approval Processes: Help develop scalable review and approval processes and procedures.
