About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Barista Maestro. As a key member of our retail operations team, you'll be responsible for leading by example, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts and support colleagues in delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Maximize sales by leveraging the talents of your team members
  • Train and accredit new Baristas to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share your knowledge with the team
  • Drive high standards across the board, from espresso quality to monthly coffee excellence scores

About You

We're looking for someone with a passion for coffee and people, who is reliable, has team leadership experience, and is eager to take on shared responsibility. If you're a team player with a love of turning knowledge into action, we'd love to hear from you.
