Barista Team Lead

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Barista Maestro to join our team as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for creating smooth shifts, training and accrediting new Baristas, and stirring up success for yourself and your team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and maintain high standards of quality and customer service
- Train and develop new Baristas to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
- Manage and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain store standards, including cleanliness and presentation
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives
