Job Title: Team Leader - Barista

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a smooth and efficient shift operation, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality beverages.
  • Train and develop new baristas, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their role.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and taste.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
