Job Overview:The Head of Commercial and Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive commercial strategies to boost overall top-line revenue generation through sales and marketing channels. This role requires a seasoned commercial sales and marketing professional with a proven track record in high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement additional revenue streams to drive business growth.
- Work towards achieving financial revenue targets set by the Senior Leadership Team.
- Own and manage Business Development and Lead Generation tools to optimize performance.
- Design and execute effective lead generation campaigns to support the recruitment team's efforts using ZI and CRM.
- Implement targeted marketing initiatives to attract clients and top talent.
- Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify market trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
- Manage the budget and ROI for the Marketing department.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand identity for Consult and Medexec.
- Ensure brand messaging resonates with target clients and candidates.

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize digital marketing performance.
- Oversee and manage the CRM, driving utilization via the Associate Director and Business Managers.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility.
- Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences to enhance the company's presence.
- Coordinate sponsorships and partnerships for maximum exposure.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and lead generation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
