Group Marketing Director

The Group Marketing Director will provide strategic leadership for marketing and agency efforts within a prominent not-for-profit organisation. This role is pivotal in driving the organisation's brand growth and engagement, focusing on the education sector.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the marketing function of a leading not-for-profit institute in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance the organisation's reputation and drive brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy to drive brand growth and engagement.
- Lead the marketing team to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners.
- Drive the organisation's digital transformation and online presence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven strategic leadership skills in a marketing role.
- Comprehensive understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong abilities in team management and partnership building.
- Experience in brand growth and engagement strategies and recruitment initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong brand development and sub-brand knowledge.
