Operations Engineer - Nuclear Skills and Capability
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with the Nuclear Capability team, governing our Organisation to maintain Nuclear Safety for the site. As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for managing Training Courses, liaising with Delegates, and gathering attendance information.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of Training Courses and the training course reserve list.
- Liaise with Delegates to create and monitor invites, ensuring all delegates are security cleared.
- Gather and archive attendance information, recording course completion and feedback.
- Generate data for training forecasting and distribute Course Completion Certificates and Reading Material.
- Migrate Nuclear Skills' and/or Skills for Nuclear Training Records into capability toolsets.
- Assist the Project Leader in conducting audits, spot checks, and correlation exercises on the capability toolset and related/interconnected people tools.
Your Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- CIPD or Learning & Development qualification (or equivalent knowledge or experience).
- Experience with Project Management.
Desirable:
- Exposure to a training environment.
- Exposure to Engineering.
