Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data-Driven Fundraising Professional to join our Prospect Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing information on prospects, improving data integrity, identifying connections and supporting the team in driving collaborative, efficient and sustainable fundraising.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake detailed research on prospects and donors to increase knowledge of potential donors and enhance the likelihood of successful fundraising asks.
  • Be proactive and creative in identifying new potential donors and present findings to fundraising colleagues.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including process documentation and meeting coordination.
  • Gather and disseminate information about relevant supporter networks and peer links to facilitate fundraising activities.
Requirements
  • Confidence working with computers; knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Research experience, particularly in database management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as relationship management expertise.
  • Able to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks, with excellent attention to detail.

Circa £23,000 per annum, plus benefits, in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
