Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning Contact Centre team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the welcoming friendly voice of QVC, providing world-class customer service and promoting engaging products to improve customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls efficiently and accurately process customer orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer calls simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and experience using a computer is essential.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and meeting performance targets.
What We Offer
