Customer Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and service requests
  • Promote a customer-centric culture, ensuring service levels and standards are consistently met
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, communicating via phone, email, and webchat
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, providing exceptional service and support
  • Accurately record and input customer information using our IT systems, ensuring service level targets are achieved
What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in customer-facing roles. You'll have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
