We are seeking a skilled Nurse Assessor to join our team at Donard Recruitment. As a key member of our assessment team, you will be responsible for conducting face-to-face and virtual assessments, as well as telephone assessments and paper-based reports.

In this role, you will assess health conditions and disabilities affecting claimants, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide unbiased assessments to help them access the support they deserve.

To be successful in this position, you will need to be a qualified nurse, mental health nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic with valid registration on the NMC or HCPC without restrictions. You will have access to comprehensive training and development opportunities, including 12 weeks (full time), 14 weeks (4 days per week), & 17 weeks (3 days per week) training options. Additionally, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £38,500 - £41,500 per year, plus a retention bonus of 5% (rising to 10% with quality & retention). Other benefits include hybrid working hours, 25 days per annum (rising to 27 days with service), company-matched pension, laptop, mobile phone, health & wellbeing programme, Headspace mobile app, and annual charity day.
