Job Summary

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join its busy Community Continence Team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with a strong background in Continence care, able to provide professional nursing leadership and guidance to staff. Key responsibilities include managing care quality performance, delivering clinically effective services, and coordinating services to promote optimum health and effective liaison between agencies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users' needs and develop care plans to meet their requirements.
  • Lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with the existing Clinical Lead and other professionals to ensure effective care plans and treatments are in place.
  • Communicate complex information about service users' conditions to the multidisciplinary team.
