Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality pastoral care and support
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and education
  • Provide guidance and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with children with ASC, ADHD, or SEMH
  • Proven experience of staff appraisal and performance management
  • NVQ 3 in Care or Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification
  • Leadership-related qualification desirable
  • Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) training
