Job Description

Bid Solutions is seeking a skilled Proposal Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing bids for real estate and facilities management clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire proposal and presentation development process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Write, edit, format, and proof all proposal and presentation deliverables, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
  • Attend prep sessions for all opportunities, adhering to best practices and company guidelines.
  • Support Senior Proposal Managers on larger bids, providing assistance and expertise as needed.
  • Support new content development efforts and strategic firm initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of Bid Solutions.
  • Upload all final deliverables to proposal and presentation libraries, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Perform pursuit close-out activities, working with Knowledge Management to ensure revised and new content is uploaded to the content library.
  • Support the upkeep of the content library, including improvements to searchability and organization.
Required Skills / Experience:
  • 3-5 years' experience in proposal management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to assimilate, coordinate, and respond to global and regional RFIs and RFPs, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work well and thrive under pressure, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat, with experience in InDesign and desktop publishing a plus.
  • Experience with SharePoint and Salesforce, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
