We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at The White Hart in Ampthill. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and team management.

Our kitchen is equipped with the latest technology, including a Josper Grill and a wood-fire pizza oven.

About You:

  • You will have previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • You will be passionate about food, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
  • You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and team management skills.
  • You will be able to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing your time to meet deadlines.
