Job Description

Teaching Personnel is seeking a qualified Behaviour Support Worker to join our team in Preston. This role involves providing direct support to children and young people with challenging behaviours, promoting positive strategies and promoting personal growth and resilience.


  • Developing and implementing individual behaviour support plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and professionals.
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, parents, and external agencies to create a consistent support network.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, prior experience working with children, and excellent interpersonal skills. A valid UK driver's license is preferred for site travel. We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 - £38,000 per annum, including benefits such as comprehensive training, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.
