About Our Vision:
We aim to provide holistic care and work closely with statutory partners to achieve timely permanence for our children. Our homes are designed to offer trauma-informed care, and we are committed to shaping the development of our services to meet the unique needs of each child.
The Role:
As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading shifts, supporting front-line practitioners, and ensuring the well-being of the children in your care. You will work closely with our Registered Manager to shape the development of our services, from registration with regulatory bodies to operational success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading shifts and providing guidance to practitioners.
- Carrying out sleeping-in duties (additional allowance provided).
- Collaborating with the Registered Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our services and making recommendations for improvement.
- Building strong relationships with statutory partners and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
