We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Therapeutic Support Professional to join our team at a leading Therapeutic Children's Home company. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge through our industry-accredited training programme, which includes a Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare. This comprehensive programme will equip you with the expertise to manage behaviours associated with trauma, sexual exploitation, and attachment disorders.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care and support to each child. You will be responsible for promoting positive life experiences, encouraging emotional, physical, and developmental growth, and building strong relationships with the children in your care.
