What is the Opportunity?
Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Europe and APAC Region Corporate Physical Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for the physical security and protection program in the Europe and APAC Regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive physical security and protection strategy for the Europe and APAC Regions.
- Lead a team of security professionals to ensure the safety and security of employees, clients, assets, operations, and facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends, and implement effective countermeasures.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of physical security principles and practices.
- Proven experience in leading security teams and developing strategic security plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
