Corporate Security Director for Europe and APAC Region

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a regional strategic plan for physical security and protection.
- Drive the development and execution of policies and processes to ensure consistent, effective security practices.
- Build a committed, capable, and diverse workforce.
- Communicate security responsibilities to those who have custody of RBC or customer physical assets.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of strategy, management, and analytics.
- Proven experience working in large organizations in physical or cyber security.
- Demonstrated experience in managing financials and working with budgets.
- Undergraduate Degree, MBA designation or bachelor's degree in computer engineering/science (or equivalent).
