Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Europe and APAC Region Corporate Physical Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for the physical security and protection program in the Europe and APAC regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive physical security and protection strategy for the Europe and APAC regions.
- Lead a team of security professionals to ensure the safety and security of employees, clients, assets, operations, and facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in physical security and protection.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of physical security and protection principles and practices.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of success in developing and implementing security strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
