Business Analysis Expert for CLM Solution Delivery

  • Support the CLM Programme team to ensure that the business solution delivery meets all daily tasks and change milestones.
  • Requirements gathering and analysis for the CLM solution, including workshops with business teams and technology teams.
  • Documentation of current and future state processes, as well as gap analysis using business requirements documents.
  • Technical expertise in Business Analysis to provide guidance and support for complex business analysis challenges.
  • Testing and implementation support for the CLM solution, including test case creation and coordination of user acceptance testing.
  • Stakeholder management and communication to ensure effective relationships with business teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • To identify current state processes and gather user stories.
  • To document the future state design using a holistic approach.
  • To act as a bridge between business and technology to facilitate change.
  • To support the BA team in resolving issues and identifying viable solutions.
  • To work closely with the Target Operating Model Implementation consultancy to ensure the solution aligns with the Ops Model.
  • To be a liaison point between IT and the business, using data to assess processes and determine requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in financial services, preferably CLM/KYC experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of implementing a Target Operating Model (TOM) including technology and non-technology deliverables.
  • Experience working with compliance and obtaining agreement from the compliance team (2LOD).
  • Experience in Process Optimisation and obtaining FTE savings.
