Solutions Specialist Job Description



At SEI Investments (Europe) Ltd., we recognize the importance of innovation and growth in the financial services industry. Our Solutions Specialist role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to drive business success and contribute to our team's mission-critical objectives.



Key Responsibilities:




1. Develop and implement business analysis primarily in operations and trading, as well as in other key Solutions team areas, such as regulatory, SLAs, and query management.




2. Collaborate with US-based development teams and the market (Sales, Relationship Directors, Legal and Compliance) to define new service offerings for the UK marketplace and program-manage these into live operation.




3. Serve as a subject matter expert on relevant services within SEI's SWP offering, articulating how these services meet multiple client requirements from wealth management outsourcing to asset management solutions.




4. Support and manage existing clients, validating their needs for new services or product requirements, and ensuring these align with SEI's own service and product direction.




5. Ensure subject knowledge is up-to-date, industry initiatives and events are followed and understood, and maintain and cost/pricing analysis for services.



Requirements:




1. Degree-educated (or equivalent) with experience within financial services, preferably in private banking, mutual funds, and investment advisory.




2. Strong project management, organizational, and PC skills, with excellent business analysis skills and a process-oriented approach.




3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with tight delivery schedules, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.




4. Effective written and verbal communication skills, responsiveness, accountability, and adaptability, with a strong sense of professionalism and leadership.




5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn, with a commitment to embodying SEI's values of courage, integrity, collaboration, inclusion, connection, and fun.
