An esteemed teaching position awaits at Bushbury School in Wolverhampton, offering a supportive environment for young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN).

Our school provides education and support to children and young people with complex special educational needs, prioritizing sound educational outcomes through personalized programmes of learning.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • QTS or QTLS Qualification
  • Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience
  • Experience of Autism, ASC
  • Experience with SLCN - Speech and Language Needs

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Outstanding classroom teaching skills
  • Energy, passion, and drive to raise standards
  • Initiative, vision, excellent planning, and organisational skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of developments in education
  • Experience of ACS or working in an ACS setting
