Administrative Support for Private Client Lawyers

We are seeking a highly organised and skilled Legal Secretary to join our team at a well-established law firm.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to fee earners in the Private Client Department. This includes assisting with matters such as wills, probate, trusts, and other private client services. Key duties involve:
- Preparing correspondence, legal documents, and forms through accurate typing and dictation.
- Ensuring the efficient administration of wills, probate, and trusts, adhering to legal requirements.
- Responding to telephone and email inquiries, guaranteeing timely and accurate replies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working in a Private Client Secretarial role.
- Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
The annual salary for this position is £23,000, inclusive of benefits such as additional leave, company pension, life insurance, cycle to work scheme, employee discount, referral programme, sick pay, and enhanced maternity/paternity leave.
