Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistant Trainee

Vetro Recruitment is working with a fantastic secondary school in Pontypridd to recruit several Teaching Assistants for the new academic year.

  • Location: Pontypridd
  • Pay: £85-95 per day

The successful applicant will work in secondary schools across Pontypridd and provide both one-to-one and general support to pupils who require additional support.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A keen interest in working with children
  • Experience (paid or voluntary) working with Children and/or in the care sector
  • Open to training and development
  • Proactive work ethic
  • A good understanding of special educational needs
  • The ability to provide a range of support to pupils
  • A patient and understanding attitude
  • The ability to work as part of a team
