About the Role

Kwalee, a leading game development and publishing company, is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our PC & Console publishing team in Leamington Spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial launch of games, collaborating with internal teams, external developers, and partners to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Product Marketing Plans: Create and implement product marketing strategies from signing to post-launch, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Craft Compelling Marketing Content: Develop engaging digital store copy, product blogs, and other marketing materials that showcase our games in the best possible light.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster effective partnerships with internal teams, developers, partners, and stakeholders to drive game success.
  • Set and Track Key Performance Indicators: Establish and monitor KPIs to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with Platform Publishers and Production Teams: Work closely with platform publishers and production teams to ensure seamless game launches.
  • Contribute to Due Diligence and Greenlight Processes: Provide valuable insights and recommendations to inform game development and publishing decisions.
  • Mentor Junior Team Members: Share your expertise and experience with junior team members to support their growth and development.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Play and analyze games, researching competitors to refine our approach and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Present Key Insights and Findings: Share your findings and recommendations with management to inform business decisions.
  • Focus on Revenue Growth and Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities to boost revenue and reduce costs, maximizing profitability for Kwalee.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Experience in Product Marketing or Equivalent: Proven track record of success in product marketing or a related field.
  • Strong Decision-Making Abilities: Ability to make timely, informed decisions that drive business results.
  • Commercial Strategy Expertise: Experience in commercial strategy, including negotiation and market analysis to drive revenue growth.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to varied audiences.
  • Confident Public Speaker: Experience presenting to groups and stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Adaptable and Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
