UK Wide Live Chat Support Specialist

Location: UK Wide

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a UK Wide Live Chat Support Specialist. This role involves providing exceptional customer support and assistance through real-time chat interactions, while also building relationships in-store.

As a UK Wide Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via chat to provide prompt, polite, and informative support. You will maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and comprehensive assistance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong command of grammar and spelling, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driving license is also required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support and assistance through real-time chat interactions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies
  • Engage with customers via chat to provide prompt, polite, and informative support
  • Effectively handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns with empathy and professionalism

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £11.50 per hour (Live Chat), £13 per hour (In-store), and £15 per hour (Events)
