Paediatric Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing holistic care to patients undergoing spinal surgery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based care throughout the spinal surgery pathway
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to oversee patient journeys
- Advocate for patients, offering specialist nursing advice and emotional support
- Drive service development and staff education initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will have a Children's Nursing Qualification (RN Child or RSCN) with valid NMC registration, as well as at least 5 years of post-registration experience in children's nursing. You will also have a first degree in nursing or a health-related subject, and relevant qualifications in the specialist area with at least 12 months of experience.
You will be passionate about paediatric care and have experience in audit and research relevant to the specialism. Knowledge of safeguarding processes and clinical governance is also essential.
